privacy@hranalyst.ioWhen you submit a form on this site we collect your name, your email address, your company name if you choose to give one, and a record of whether you asked to receive marketing email from us. Our forms are provided by HubSpot and submit directly to it. Two further items are described below.
On the compa-ratio and range penetration calculators we also ask which role and which state you would like wage data for. That is information about the job you are researching, not about you. We do not record it as your own job title, and it is never written to any personal title field in our systems.
If you book a call with us, our scheduling page collects your name, your email address, your company name, the email addresses of any guests you invite, and your answer to the short question we ask about what you would like from the call. Scheduling is handled by HubSpot.
Anything you type into a calculator on this site is processed in your browser and is never sent to us. Headcounts, separations, salaries, and every figure you enter stay on your device. We do not store them, or use your numbersfor analytics. We also never collect or store an individual's own salary anywhere on this site.
We use your details to send you what you asked for. Where that is marketing email, such as notice that a calculator has launched or that new benchmark data is published, we rely on your consent as the lawful basis, and you can withdraw it at any time. Where you have asked us for something specific, such as wage data for a role or a scheduled call, we process your details in order to provide it.
We use HubSpot as our customer relationship platform. It holds our contact records, provides the forms on this site, delivers our email, and runs our scheduling page. HubSpot acts on our behalf and is not permitted to use your information for its own purposes. We do not sell your data, and we never will.
Our forms and our scheduling page are provided by HubSpot, and loading them places a small number of cookies from HubSpot's own domains. These keep the form working and help protect it from automated abuse. We do not run HubSpot's website tracking code, so HubSpot does not follow you between pages on this site or build a browsing profile of you here. We set no advertising cookies and we run no analytics at all. If we add analytics it will be a cookieless provider, and if that ever changes we will publish a cookie notice and an opt out before the change takes effect.
We keep your details in HubSpot until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Unsubscribing stops marketing email immediately. A deletion request removes the record itself, and we will confirm when it is done.
Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You can also write to privacy@hranalyst.io to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR, and we will honor those requests regardless of where you are.
Your details are held in HubSpot, an access controlled platform, and we limit who inside CompRatio LLC can reach them. This site itself holds no database and stores nothing about you. No credential for any of our providers is present in the pages you load.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced by email to anyone on our list.
